Hang the ends of your hammock approximately 10-12 feet apart and 6 feet high. The narrower the distance between the ends the greater the height required. If the hanging distance is greater then simply add rope to either end of the hammock.

Suspend these indoors our out using our Suspension kits or Frames

For durability do not leave your hammock outdoors when not in use.
