Our bamboo hammock stand comes in an elegant design of , that is easy to assemble or dismantle for storage. Each bar slots easily into steel 'boots' and 'cuffs', which are powder-coated in garden green or mid-blue. The metalwork is manufactured to our specification using 3mm thick steel. Slide the 'boots' along the base to extend the frame's length and the 'cuffs' up and down the arms to vary the suspension height of your hammock then secure in position using butterfly screws.

Just thought I'd give you some feedback.
Thanks for making the freestanding hammock stand so sensible and straightforward to assemble. I manage to put it up, take it down again (thanks to good old british weather), store it inside and then put it up again single handedly.
My partner, who I gave it to as a present, was really pleased to lie back drinking rum and smoking a cigar on his birthday especially as it didn't collapse. Unfortunately he's back in Jamaican holiday mode now. Can't do a thing with him!

NB This frame has a maximum extension of 4m 40cm and although hammock suspension widths vary, most require the stand to be set at at least 3m 50cm. Accordingly, we recommend that you take the time to measure your garden before placing an order to ensure that the frame will not be too big.
