1-5 man hammocks - these are probably the most comfortable and the strongest and the most versatile hammocks we have. Available in soft tones of green and blue or bright warm tones of red and orange - each one is woven by hand so each one is unique.



There is nearly a mile of cotton string in a large size Mexican style hammock that is woven into a net. There are no knots in this design so it is soft and very comfortable to lie in. It is also very s-t-r-e-t-c-h-y indeed, so that, if you hold the hammock at one side edge above your head and let it drop open it will reach down to your feet and probably well beyond.

Mexican style hammocks are designed to be lain in across the way rather than end to end. Lie across or against the weave and it will open out and become firm, flat and springy beneath you - a wonderful bed with more than enough space for two. In fact, our large size will take up to five adults before it becomes too squashy.

These hammocks pack down small but with the net design and nylon ends, they will take a huge amount of weight. It is best not to wear shoes or buckels in them though as, like any net they are prone to snagging.
