How we size our Hammocks

Often people buy string hammocks which are more expensive yet considerably smaller than ours. For years, what we sold as a child-size hammock was sold elsewhere as a 'double' hammock. Names such as 'super large kingsize' do not actually tell you the capacity of the hammock.

When we say 5 person, we mean everyone inside the hammock - not sitting with their legs hanging over the side(!) or up at the top of the hammock holding onto their knees.

Ideal hanging distance approx. 350cm wide and 165 - 185cm high.
