Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us immediately and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. "HH" shall not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of goods howsoever caused, nor shall it be liable for any damage, consequential loss or expense arising from failure to deliver goods by a due date.Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be received in writing by "HH" within 3 days of the receipt of goods. The "Purchaser" should ensure at the time of delivery that goods are signed for as damaged or incomplete, failing which "HH" will not be liable in respect of any such claim & goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in a complete & satisfactory condition. Claims for non-delivery MUST BE MADE IN WRITING TO BOTH "HH" & THE CARRIER (Royal Mail, Parcel Force & City Link) & should be received by "HH" within 7 days of ordering.
Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

You must inform us within 7 days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

You are entitled to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving your purchase. This seven day period begins the day after you receive the items from us. Please notify us in writing within seven working days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s ) and we will be happy to offer you a refund. The goods must be returned to us within 30 days of your receipt thereof and your refund will be paid within 30 days.

We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty.

Exchange: We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges but we will send any exchange items free of postage charges.
