It is unusual these days to be surprised.... but you have surprised
me. Yes, I am one of the grumpy old women that although only in my
40's, am constantly fed up with poor service, shoddy goods, misleading
descriptions and poor, frustratingly bad delivery services.......
so it is a pleasure to be able to write, only one day after ordering,
and say thankyou!!!!!

Many thanks for the hammock chair. We have
just put up a pergola and my husband has talked non-stop about having
a hanging chair! So, for his birthday I bought him one of your hammock
chairs. Not only does it look good but it is very comfortable –
I can see us having to buy another one as fights break out between
myself, my husband and my two children over who is going to sit
in it! The service was excellent and I liked the personal feel to
the order.

I love my hammock. I assembled in five minutes
it using all my fingers and thumbs, of which I have many. I sit
in it every day. I am a personal finance journalist and not easy
to please. If anything had gone wrong with any aspect of the sale
or delivery, I would have been implacable. Instead, I am mellow
and relaxed. I will shortly be ordering one for a friend of mine
- perhaps you'll make a mistake this time and give me some fodder
for a column!
