Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Hammock orders received before 2.30pm for delivery within mainland of the UK are usually despatched same day to arrive, depending upon the product in question, either the next working day or on a 48 hour delivery service. Occasionally, where delivery is by Royal Mail Standard Parcel service, it may take up to 5 working days. In the majority of cases, howvever, you will recieve your order next working day. Please note, a signature is required at the time of delivery and if you are unlikely to be at home to receive the goods you can advise, in the shipping note of field on the order page, a safe place that the goods may be left, but this is at your own risk.

Please note, you should ensure at the time of delivery that goods are signed for as damaged or incomplete if this is the case. Failing this we will not be liable in respect of any such claim and goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in a complete and satisfactory condition. Claims for non-delivery must be made to us in writing within 7 working days of placing your order.

We do not charge for delivery other than in the following circumstances - .

1. The goods are returned to us at the customer's discretion in accordance with Condition 8 of our Terms and Conditions. In this case, where the goods are returned in the same condition as despatched, the customer is refunded the purchase price less our delivery cost. Please contact us by telephone should you wish to know what this is.

2. The goods are ordered for delivery to a destination outwith mainland UK.

3. The goods are ordered for delivery which is timed or on a Saturday.

4. The goods are returned to us by the carrier as undelivered.

Returns Policy: Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving your purchase. This seven day period begins the day after you receive the items from us. Please notify us in writing within seven working days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s ) and we will be happy to offer you a refund. The goods must be returned to us within 30 days of your receipt thereof and your refund will be paid within 30 days.

We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty.

Exchange: We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges but we will send any exchange items free of postage charges.

Any goods returned should be complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.
