As our hammocks are made from 100% cotton it is not recommended to leave them out of doors when not in use. Our suspension kits not only make it easy to take the hammock or chair up and down but they are versatile enough to cater for fixing into wood or masonry as well as simply from trees. Each kit comes with 'how-to fit' instructions and each hammock has an accompanying information sheet on use, care and the correct dimensions for suspension. NB the masonry kit is not suitable for use into aeroated concrete.

All Purpose Chair Fixing Kits

2 x galvanised steel snap-hooks of differing sizes joined by an eye to eye swivel. These may be used by themselves when suspending the chair from a tree trunk or bough or fitted through the eye of the eyebolt when suspending it from ceiling joists or when the eyebolt is sunk into solid brick, stone or concrete using the masonry plug. 1 x electro-plated eye-bolt with tapering thread for use into wood. This allows the chair to be suspended indoors from joists or ceiling beams or outdoors from pergolas or posts. 1 x plastic masonry plugs for fixing the eyebolt into solid brick, stone or concrete (not aeorated concrete) allowing the chair to be suspended indoors or out.
